Traventien

Travertine is a form of limestone deposited by mineral springs; it is formed by a process of rapid precipitation of calcium carbonate which leaves behind layers of dissolved limestone and other minerals, giving it its banded appearance. Travertine can be used in bathrooms and kitchens for floors or walls.
